We deliver to all major cities across the Kingdom, including Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam. Standard delivery usually takes 2-5 business days. Shipping is free for orders above 250 SAR, while a flat rate applies to smaller orders.
What is your return policy for sports equipment and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items, provided they are in their original packaging with tags attached. For Decathlon members, this period may be extended. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and undergarments cannot be returned.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email containing a tracking link. You can also track your shipment directly through the 'My Orders' section in your Decathlon account.
What payment methods do you accept online?
