Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Decathlon account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return invoice inside the box.

  Drop-off or Collection

  Visit your nearest Decathlon store in KSA for an instant exchange or wait for our courier partner to collect the parcel from your doorstep.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
