Thanks to all your feedback, we have improved the design of our NH100 20-litre backpack. In this new model, we have improved the main zip to make it easier to open. We have also added a compartment and a zipped pocket in the main pocket.

At Decathlon, all of our Quechua backpacks are guaranteed for 10 years against normal product wear and tear. In the case of a defect, we recommend its repair, replacement, or a refund. Is this backpack waterproof?

This backpack is water repellent. In other words, it repels raindrops in light rain. But don’t ask too much of it: it’s not fully waterproof. Heavy showers will seep through. Need extra protection? Equip yourself with our 10-20L rain cover (ref. 8772113).

What is the backpack’s comfort level?

Enjoy hiking with this comfortable bag! Its foam padded back with two pads fit your body shape. The padded straps relieve your shoulders and the thumb loop detail adds any missing comfort. What about the chest belt? It stabilises your load for freedom of movement.
