This punching bag has been designed to have a reduced the impact and can be used for all punching and kicking sports: kickboxing, savate boxing, etc.

The PB 500 Strike measures 120cm, and will naturally bulge at the top or bottom depending on the filling. The straps attached to the bag measure 35 cm. 155 cm total (the size of a bag when hooked onto the ceiling, measured from top to bottom). 32 cm in diameter. Weight: 32 kg with tolerance of +/- 2kg Package dimensions: 125cm*35cm*35cm
DESIGN
The PB 500 Strike punching bag is very resistant to repeated punches and kicks thanks to its thick synthetic (PU) cover. It lets you work on aspects of your technique such as distance, footwork and speed. It is attached by very durable reinforced straps and metal triangles for maximum safety. One of the things we do for punching bags is to reuse fabric offcuts.
Care advice
Clean your bag with a damp cloth and soapy water, and rinse it with fresh water. Do not store in a damp place (indoors or outdoors).
