What's in the first-aid kit
Bandages, adhesives, and scissors are used to treat your feet and especially your toes which are subject to the irritation and rubbing of demi-pointe and pointe shoes. It also includes pins so that you can take up your leotard or attach rubber bands or ribbons to your shoes.

The convertible tights have an opening under the foot that makes it easier to reach your toes and treat them.
