Advice from our team:

On the bike, loosen and remove the crank bolt with the Allen key side of the tool. Make sure that the crank thread is clean and fully threaded to avoid damaging the crank. Then screw the extractor fully and firmly into the crank.It is important that the tool is screwed in correctly, otherwise the thread on the crank may be stripped during the next step. Finally, screw in the push pin to remove the crank.
