The Story

Our surfer design teams have developed these Flip-Flops for watersports enthusiasts “before and after their sessions”. Suitable for everyone!

SURFERS and FLIP-FLOPS

Flip-flops are the iconic surfer footwear. As well as being the symbol of a sunny surfing lifestyle, they are also the perfect footwear for before and after a session: simple, practical, easy care and above all easy to put on and take off, even with wet feet, without having to use your hands when they are already occupied with your equipment.

Design

At OLAIAN, we design our flip-flops taking inspiration from the needs and requirements of surfers, so that this footwear can suit the vast majority. Product designed by our surfer teams in Hendaye (France). The Olaian global design centre is located on the banks of the River Bidassoa in Hendaye. This allows us to design products in contact with users and in the marine environment.

USE EXAMPLES

We have designed these flip-flops for occasional use, for surfers walking to spots over short distances (<3 km a day) that are easily accessible: flat land and established paths.

USE TEST

Product tested by our teams, in collaboration with external testers, in real-life conditions.

These simple and practical flip-flops are easy to put on and take off and are a great balance between comfort, lightness and sturdiness.
